Hello all,
I'm just in the process of getting a second opinion on my just newly discovered Crohns. I've been having a horrible time with constant pain and no respite in sight. I just got out of frightening week in hospital. The docs there say I need to go for a double-balloon endoscopy to check my jujenum. I'd like get a second opinion on that.
My docs in the hospital don't always agree on what is going on and what to do next. Someone a little more heavyweight might cut through the noise.
I'm looking at Dr. Ailsa Hart at St. Mark's who seems to be quite a leading figure for IBD. Has anyone else been referred to her. What is she like as a consultant?
