Severe Pain in right side?

I'm not much of a complainer so I usually ask 500 times if something is serious before I go to a doctor or hospital...My stomach is VERY hard on the right lower side and I'm in unusual amounts of pain. Will this pass? I haven't taken my medicine yet today, but usually don't take it til about 12:30. Could this have anything to do with it?

I think, if you are asking, you already think it may be serious. I think at the very least call your doctor!

I had that last year and I left it then ended up having an absess (not sure if you get those or not) on my ileum so go get it checked out they had to give me a CT scan so I don't know how easy that is for your doc to set up. But I left it too long and it turned ugly so just go!!!

And I left my severe right sided pain for nearly 5 days and ended up in hospital via ambulance, I was blocked.
Go and get it checked to be on the safe side, especially if you start vomiting, one of the vital signs of a blockage: sounds like some inflammation is brewing.
Not sure about your meds being the problem, I just know that when I was on Pred or Entocort I took mine very early in the morning, not 12.30pm?
