Sigmoid Colon?

What tests show the sigmoid colon, besides the colonoscopy? I've had a pelvic MRI, a small bowel follow through, a flex sig, and a pill cam (although the cam stopped recording at my ceceum). I'm wondering because I keep having very sharp pain in that area and a feeling of intense pressure. I am having an anal manometry and an endo-anal ultrasound (sounds like fun huh? ) in February. Would those show any problems in my sigmoid colon?

I've found that where I feel pain to be is actually a very inaccurate way of finding where the source of the pain actually is.

Wouldn't a flexible sigmoidoscopy have shown the sigmoid colon? I'm not sure about the other tests.
