Sign of a flare?

I always spray with Lysol after a bowel movement because sometimes my wife says it smells. Tonight, I sprayed and she said she could still smell. Is that a sign of a flare? Yesterday, I went about eight times. This morning, my stomach was still bothering me. My psoriasis kicked up some this morning.

It could be. If things are different than usual.

It could also be a flu bug. We're still prone to regular run of the mill illnesses.

Maybe I am out of remission sadly.
