Sitting too much causes colon & Breast Cancers

This was on our news today in Canada. I have been exercising an hour inside the house (treadmill, Tony Littles' Gazelle sp, and mobile bike) a mile on all then I take my Dogs and cat around the 1.3km trail, everyday and today I didnt, I miss it already. I had a doc appt so I didnt have time today. Good reason for me not to be on here so much :lol:

can help track if you move or not, what you eat, etc

I should really ask them to make one specific for crohn's, it would sell like pancakes.
