I'm really sorry to hear you're up so many times during the night right now. Are you eating much fibre? I'd try and steer clear of fibrous food at the moment if you're having to run to the loo so frequently?
Maybe simple meals consisting of things like rice and chicken might be useful right now? I know it can be a bit plain and bland but just for the time being?
After your last meal, I'd recommend having something like 'green tea' or some sort of herbal tea to settle the stomach perhaps? Hope things get easier for you asap. Thinking of you.
