Small Bowel follow through results - Help understanding results

I've gotten my results and need some help decifering them. It says, Markedly abnormal loop of distal ileum projected over upper sacrum with effacement of mucosal pattern, focal dilatation and possible filling defect, raising concern for possible mass or neoplasm. I would appreciate Any help. This could be my third autoimmune disease and I'm concerned with these results. Thanks Pam
