This week I have had a 5 very important GCSE exams, and during 2, my incredibly important maths, and not so important science my stomach gave me that awful feeling and I was escorted out by an invigilator to the loo and back, it took all my strength to not break down and cry.
What is one meant to do in these situations?
I was in remission and I am pretty sure this is caused by stress, so would anti-diarrhoea pills work on stress induced diarrhoea? Because I will have way more and more important exams next year :/
Anyone have any general tips on what to do in a situation like this?

I would speak to the head at your school, you should be allowed things like extra time to allow for bathroom trips. In which case you would sit the exam in a smaller group of students- less embarrassing than being escorted out in front of the whole year group! I am not sure about imodium, I don't like it because it bungs you up after. I successfully used cocodamol (codeine and paracetamol, available over the counter) to control diarrhoea from a stomach bug, one dose gave me a night's sleep so I can imagine taking it half an hour before an exam would give you a couple of hours relief.

Yeah I had exactly the same during my exams recently (be careful with antidiarrhoeals, I managed to obstruct myself) and the examiners said if I had to go to the bathroom they'd stop the clock for me, so talk to your school.

Also you will be surprised how little these things effect you; I scored lower than I do normally in exams but I still passed, so try not to worry too much you've probably done better than you think! Good luck with you GCSEs!
