Started azaphioprine today!

Does 3 make a crowd?
Just been told to start azathioprine and staying on pred 20mg. Also calcichewD3 and alendronate... I'm going to rattle! Fingers crossed no side effects and will be a new fatter me very soon!!
He says I should note an improvement in symps in 2-4 weeks as my bmi is only 15.5 -( azathioprine works quicker the fewer fat stores you have he says).
Only downer is no to work for at least 1-2 months because of my job and high risk of infection- high dose pred, aza, malnutrition, high sugars (thanks pred).
Am dreading telling work.....
I will be a new me in 2 months time, I might even get to do our local 10km run which was my aim for the year I turned 40...last year...didn't happen due to being ill. Its in july so watch this space though probably being totally unrealistic.
