starting aza
so the hosp did not run the blood test to find out if i could take it but my GI decided to start me on 50mg (i will start tomorrow) and then he will call once the tests i took today come back and i will bump up to 200mg. i hope the lower dose will get me used to it easier for the nausea if i get it. i just started a new job and do not want to be sick. hopefully no other side effects, im a bit scared to take it but i guess the alternative is worse cause i am definatly not getting better but worse and it seems quick. i forgot to ask the dr if i should quit taking the asacol, i assume i should and it seems to do nothing anyway. and i am still tapering off the pred yuck.
