stem cell transplantation??
hi people.
just a quick question,
has anyone had any dealings with this new treatment. (stem cell) i hear it carries some worrying possibilities whilst in treatment, but all been well. it does the job?? i'm from the uk, so been on the nhs. ive got no chance!! but privatley, i hear it costs around £15k. there is a proffesor in nottingham who is experimenting with the procedure. but thats about all i know. i did ask my specialist, he totally dismissed the idea. any thoughts out there?? let me know thanks.
