Sublingual B12

Trying to up my b12 since whatever my gut is absorbing is not too helpful.

I'm doing 5,000 mcg of sublingual b12. How long till it should increase my levels? I figure it's going to if it gets right into the blood. Next step b12 shots if this isn't working.

Hi there, either way it can be a slow process depending on how low you are. Being water soluble much washes through.
The shots are usually what we end up with. Get your level before you start taking a sublingual b12. Get advice on nutrition and be careful since some b12 sublinguals also have b6 ~ which too much b6 can cause nerve damage. Please reconfirm.
