HELP..I need advice

For about a week now I have been having gut pain, bloating, gas, headaches.
I am scared that I am starting to flare again. I am getting married in 3.5 mo ths and going to Hawaii for 2 weeks and also going to try and conceive. Nowhere in at plan does a flare fit!
My diet has been fruits, raw veggies, salads, lean proteins (chicken breasts or fish) beans, brown rice, and I only drink water.
What dietary changes should I make??
How can give my GI tract a break? Eating what?
I want to nip this in the bud before it gets to a full flare.
Help!!!!!!
Signed confused and scared Shanda
Thanks in advance

I forgot to mention that I eat plain Greek yogurt every morning for breakfast. I add either blueberries, banana, or grapes mixed in.

I've heard some fruits and veggies can be difficult to digest, especially raw, what types are you eating?

As far as changes go, I mean you can only go plainer really :p I'd definitely contact your doctor now though and see if there's anything you can take that could settle it before the wedding and holiday. Even with diet changes sometimes a flare up will just happen so the doctor's always a good help

I'm eating broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber,carrots,celery
Fruit I am eating blueberries,apples,oranges,bananas,asian pears,kiwi

Apples and oranges have always set off my symptoms, I mean it's not the same for everyone, but they do for me :p Must be something to do with the sugar in them or something

Best I can suggest is to try cutting those out for a week or so, while seeing your doctor, and seeing where that gets you.

There are some food sensitivity tests (not the same as allergy tests) that are out there. They are controversial and not necessarily accurate but could be helpful in ruling out certain foods which you suspect are problematic.

Broccoli, cauliflower and cucumbers cause bloating and gas in most people who don't have Crohn's.
