So exhausted atm guys - any fantastic tips or supplements or anything I could take for a bit of a boost??

I am normally a nap type of a person, but now I really am falling asleep at my desk!!

Been having water, squash, jelly (jello), tea etc (for the past month ish)

Shattered!! sorry to moan!!

Any superb supplements be most appriciated

Hiya Dancer

how about some magnesium supplements?
These may reduce tiredness, improve moods, reduce anxiety, relieve insomnia, asthma and migraines.
Along with zinc, magnesium is the most common mineral deficiency found in women!

Yes, Joan is on the mark, (no pun intended) and B12 subliminal tablets,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyanocobalamin

they are the most absorbable type and they melt under your tongue. Magnesium Citrate as opposed to a oxide type is a good choice too. You may not be getting enough nutrients, but I am assuming you dont have Isopure or Ensure in the Uk? :hang:.

Aah thanks guys, I order those supps now

They do have Ensure etc but atm is a battle with the doctor to get it - he dosent think I need it.. so.. thats that.. but hes going to speak with dietician... not holding out much hope of getting it atm!!

Thanks again xx

Sorry Dancer, most doctors today are NOT up to date on the nutrition which is sad because it is so important for us because we don't absorb much. My thoughts would be to take it anyways, it can only help but that is just my opinion. Your body is going to suffer with just clear fluids. Anytime you need us we are here!

Thanks so much guys

Ordered some supps in the meantime, The Ensure is just way too pricey to buy from amazon.

Waiting to see GP Thursday

Thanks guys xx
