Swelling in one leg, is this from Crohns?

For the last couple of months my right leg has been swollen from hip to foot. It's mild, but noticeable. My PCP put me on Celebrex, but it's not helping. The swelling worsens with activity, however it never goes completely away with rest. Does anyone have any suggestions on what this is?

Have you check high of your hips against each other also check shoulder high, I am suggest because you might slightly tilt pelvis which more comment then think.

Prednisone did that to me. Only for a few days.
