Taking Humira

Does anyone else get really sick right before taking Humira?

I am on bi-weekly injections. I tend to have really bad pains and constipation before I use the Humira and then flu-like symptoms for like 2 days after the fact.

Sounds like you need to talk to your GI about upping the dose, and make him/her aware of your post-injections symptoms.

I will get a cold or bronchitis after my shots around the time the next one is due. If you are having symptoms before they are due you might need to change the dose so that doesn't happen.
