I got my blood test results back on Friday...

ASR: borderline, slightly raises
Esr: unknown
Gamma: borderline
Liver: abnormal but a little lower
Calprotectin: raised but lower than last time.

I’m still waiting for my stool results to come back.

Has anyone got any ideas as to why my liver results are raised?
I’m hopefully going to get an appointment tomorrow with the doctor to discuss the results further.
I’m hoping the doctor will refer me to a gastroenterologist

What kind of medicines are you on? I don't know but it could be connected to one of your medicines. Talk with your doctor.

I agree that you should discuss these findings with your doctor. I would mention your desire to go to a gastroenterologist. Be ready to answer why it is you want to see a specialist or you may be dismissed though.

I would write down a list of things you want to discuss before you go to see the doctor, that way you can get all your questions answered. Be sure to also mention all of your symptoms along with possible side effects that you may be suspicious of. I find this method very effective at my medical appointments, you might want to try it.
