Hi all! I have not visited the Crohn's forum in a while. I wanted share the link to the blog I recently started. The Cryptic Cripple, A Young Poet's Almanac of Chronic Illness. I mean to chronicle my experiences and hopefully be able to share some wisdom and laughter with my readers. I hope to foster a community, much like I've seen here.

If anyone is offended by this post I do apologize. I want this to be a resource. I also encourage any fellow writers to submit to the Almanac. This project is till very new. I hope you will take a look at the blog, read some of the posts and follow the project. I wanted to share it in a place for the people it is meant for. Again, if anyone is offended, I will delete the post.

I think you've described things that many of here can empathise with, and in a very readable and beautifully crafted way. Your description of the way our whole relationship with food can become sour really touched a chord with me.

I enjoyed reading it.
