I have 4 and counting ulcers in my mouth mostly on my gums and one on side of tongue. Anyway I have a pin point whole that is bleeding...is this an ulcer as well?

Where exactly is this "pin point hole" located in your mouth?

The gum disease gingivitis can cause ulcers and holes in the gums. My understanding is that they are separate of each other but can be caused by the same gum issues. But if it is bleeding then it could very well be an ulcer. Have you had it looked at by a dentist yet?

If/when you do make sure they are aware of your IBD as it can cause oral problems.
