I'm a 33 year old male with Crohn's disease. I have been hospitalized twice in the last three weeks. After IV fluids and meds I feel better and get to come home. After a day or two of coming home i start again with using the restroom constantly, and upset stomach. I have lost 45 lbs in two months and have zero energy. While in hospital they have done every test possible and everything shows ok, except a small ulcer in stomach. Has any body ever had a spell like this? I feel dumb going back to hospital after they say nothings wrong.

I am sorry to hear about your recent troubles.
Have you tried going on a liquid diet while at home at all? Do you think it is what you are eating at home that is causing the trouble vs the hospital or do you think the medication they are providing is what helps?
Do you have a specialist (like a gastroenterologist) who you regularly see? I would try to book an appointment as soon as possible with them to see if you can make a change in how you are being treated.
Are you currently taking any medication for your Crohn's?
