Ive noticed that most of the people on this site have been put
on multiple drugs to help control one or two problems. Its mostly unneeded, i think.
Doctors over the years have put me on more diff medicines than
i can remember, a lot at the same time. After my last bout in the hospital or
maybe even before then i think i was on 8 different drugs, and i wasnt able to really
eat. All that medicine made me feel like garbage. The only thing i take now
Is one 10mg prednisone in the morning and i feel half decent on that. I don't
trust eating big amounts yet, but i even feel better on 10mg than 20mg.
i do start cimzia tomorrow and if that works then i may get off steriods for
the first time in 5-6 years, and im 27. Ive lost a lot of my life and i think a lot
9of it was because for years some and too much medicine and over eating made me
feel exhausted, out of it, emotionally stressed, just sick...watch for what and how much
medicine your doctor puts you on, esp watch out for azathioprine, thats the one
that really made me sick as hell.uu

I agree about the aza...awful! But I know that it helps some people. I hate the whole meds situation too!

I don't know anyone that wants to take all these medications.

Everyone's body and disease is different, therefore the meds they require are different.
