I didn't know where to put this in the forum but I just have to say that I LOVE my Toto Washlet (S350e). It's kind of a luxury but for the amount of time us Crohn's sufferers spend on the toilet I want it to be comfortable!! It has a heated seat, air deodorizer (bathroom fan almost not necessary for odor; moisture from shower/bath different story), bidet function for front and rear cleaning with heated or cool water, air dryer, nightlight, bowl sanitation with "ewater" and auto open/close functions for the seat and lid. It can be installed on any toilet. When I was remodeling my bathroom 2 years ago I had them put in a Toto toilet too, only uses 1gpf. The Washlets aren't too expensive, about $700-800 but you need an electric outlet installed by the toilet. The Neorest is the same thing but has the toilet and washlet integrated into one unit that is more sleek, but about $3500-5000. It also has auto flush which the Washlet cant do....that's it!

Who else has one??

I don't own one, but I recently spent 3 weeks in Japan, and I adore the heated seats and heated bidets on the toilets there. (I have a very basic bidet sprayer attachment on my toilet at home, but it's not heated and neither is the seat.) At some point, the hubby and I are going to remodel our bathroom, and a heated seat & heated bidet are definitely on my wish list.

Those auto-flush options aren't the best, though! I got used to them in Japan, so as a result I've forgotten to flush a few times since being back in the US. :p Oops!

I don't have a bidet seat but this list of heated bidet seats has the S350e on it and some comparable models to look through as well.

I have just a bio bidet attachment so not quite as luxurious as your bidet toilet seat but I'm saving up!
