Hey everyone

So i'm still in the middle of getting diagnosed , last doctor who i saw said i was depressed, with ibs and a hypersensitive bowel , which is against what 3 doctors already said aha so gotta go back and try and pressure them into giving me a capsule endoscopy as i'm still pretty bad at times.

But yeah anyway i'm going to visit my girlfriend next week and it takes 7 hours on 2 trains to get to her house, and last time i had a really bad time of if with constantly needing the bathroom which is embarrassing at times, and some of the bathrooms are just bleh.

This time i'm taking imodium, codeine and lots of waters (with a change of underwear and air freshener and wipes)

any other tips and ideas that i could implement ?

thanks everyone

Imodium is a great idea. If you are afraid of an accident you can wear an adult diaper. Otherwise just eat your safe foods before the trip. Hope you have fun.

Some good bulking foods would help a little too - bananas, potatoes, etc. Might reduce your need for washroom facilities. Good luck with it, and hope it cheers you up a bit.
