Yeah I have been on probiotics too many different kinds. It can help control diahreah but everyone should be using probiotics...I just always forget to take them :(.
 
It takes a few weeks on probiotics. The beginning can be difficult. As the "bad" bugs die off, it will increase gas, bloating, and can cause flu-like symptoms.

Is there a such thing as too much or not enough? Giving my DD a danactive yogurt smoothy daily l.casei immunitas and lbulgaricus s.thermophilus... Should I give her the powered form also or switch her to just the powered with colustrum? She is 3.5 years old.
 
i used to take acidophilus everyday, pre-crohn's. then i flared. now i can even do 2 spoonfulls of yogurt. i was on high doses for months. everything just got worse. way past time for a herxheimer effect.
