Ugh hurting today!!

So all my major joints are aching like no ones business today and I just want to cry. I am new to all of this and it is overwhelming..
I just wanted to bitch about it for a second.. Thanks for listening

I hear ya on the body aches! I had some red wine (red wine does not mix with crohns) last weekend, and ever since then, I feel like a train hit me!
My entire body aches and trying to fall asleep is a chore...

I hope your feeling better today!!!!
I tried some hott decaf green tea and it seems to ease some of my aches.

I feel a little better. I understand about trying to fall asleep.. my hip bones hurt where they touch the bed..

I can so relate! I am struggling with hip, knee and shoulder pain! I just bought some Aspercream for a bit of relief. I was on azathioprine for a month and my body aches were gone! Unfortunately I had a really bad stomach reaction to it and had to stop taking it. Praying you all are feeling better!

I hear you all on the ahes. My knees and legs hurt almost everyday. And my lower back aches as soon as I hit the mattress

that is exactly how I feel.. I am new to all of this and trying to get the meds right to get some relief.. been on lialda for a few weeks now but other than maybe making my stomach hurt a little less (and that is a definite maybe) it doesnt seem to be doing anything.. and my elbows, shoulders and hips are killing me..

everyday I go the bathroom is like my own personal hell day in day out, It's like I'm shitting fire and hot lava and even cleaning up hurts really bad. All these fistulas and abscesses my ass is like a train wreck humira, cipro flagyl, pot, dilaudid all help but sometimes it's just too much ten years with crohns the last 3 have been the worst!

I am so sorry to hear you are so sick.. I have a fitula as well.. Dr put me on lialda and added predisone today.. here is hoping

i know it can be really tough,but dont give in just yet,
keep at the doc,if you feel the meds are not helping, i
tried them all, i am now on Pentasa granules and i have
Weetabix with chopped banana every a.m and it has improved
my condition also a cup ,or two of tea before,helps ease bowel
movement. i know it wont help everyone, but if it helps even one
person,good.i still feel i have

just done ten rounds with Rocky as the day goes on,maybe some day
i will beat him,so,keep hoping never give up you have friends and allies here
