Hi, just wanted to share some good news for a change. Just been to GI clinic appointment and they are well pleased with Jacks progress since operation he has grown 4cm since February and 3lbs well on way of the 6cm expected in a year dont need to go back for 6months and also on 3monthly bloods Happy days . Been told that his methotrexate injection is changing from syringe type to pen is there anyone on this type and is it easy to use?

Great to hear Jack is doing so well. Growth and weight gain are a sure sign things are going well!!

We just made it to the every six months appointments too, I will miss checking in and getting him measured but so happy not to be going every 3 months!

My older daughter was given the option to switch to the pen and decided not to because she thought it might hurt more (no idea if it is true though since she never tried it). I think it sounds really convenient though!
