I got an order in the mail yesterday for tests my GI has asked for. I have had C-diff before but I am not sure about these other two. They are C & S and O & P. Does anyone know what these tests are for?

O & P seems to be ova (eggs) and parasites test, so they're looking for any parasites (worms, etc) and their eggs.
C & S could be culture and sensitivity, looking for other things which might show up.

C&S is a request for microbiological lab testing of a specimen and means
culture for bacteria and if a pathogen (disease causing) if found then a test for its sensitivity
to appropriate antibiotics is done so that your doctor may prescribe an antibiotic for treatment which will hopefully cure the infection if present.
O and P is short lab term for ova and parasites
Ova or eggs of a parasite ,or the parasite itself may be present in a stool specimen and the lab will analyse and report the results.
Hope this is helpful to you
