All of my symptoms started in October 2012. I had been having bowel movements that looked like they had tissue in them. I worked as a phlebotomist at the time and I went to work with severe stomach pain. It became so bad that my supervisor sent me to the ER. Blood work was done and a CT scan. My WBC was 30.0 three times the normal. After several other test including a endoscopy and a 3 day stay I ended up having my gall bladder removed. I was told that I would have diarrhea for awhile after the removal. I had a CT scan again in January 2013 that showed thickening of the walls of my intestines. Well still today the diarrhea has never went away and the stomach pain has never went away either. I bloat as soon as I eat and am in really bad pain and about 30 minutes later in in the bathroom. Normal for me is to have at least 3 BM's a day and then I have days where it's 10-15 times a day. I have had some occasions where blood is present. I have been tested for celiac and it was negative. I just saw an internal specialist who believes it could either be IBD, crohn's or ulcertive colitis. I had a colonoscopy done on 12/23/2014 but I do not have my appointment to review the results until January 15. Any ideas what this could be?

What were the findings from the endoscopy you had before your gall bladder was removed? And what did they find wrong with your gall bladder?

Your symptoms do sound a lot like Crohn's or ulcerative colitis: those would probably be the most common causes of your symptoms, though rarer conditions are always a possibility. After your colonoscopy, did they give you any idea about the findings? Sometimes they will be able to give you some information, even if you need to wait for biopsy results for more conclusive findings. (Though depending on the sedatives used during the colonoscopy, you may not remember what you were told afterwards, even if someone did speak to you!)

January 15th isn't that far away, waiting for test results is the only way you'll know anything definite about this, and hopefully you'll also be able to get some effective treatment started too.

The endoscopy didn't really show much just a small ulcer in my stomach. My gall bladder was enlarged due to the bile duct being to small and unable to drain properly but otherwise it was healthy. The doctor didn't speak to me after the colonoscopy just told my friend that everything went well and provided me with 2 pictures I requested. (Which I attached). He also took biopsies. I've looked at the photos and the one I think looks a little abnormal but I've don't know.
