Hey peeps :)

I'm new to Crohn's, and apart from doing the obligatory search on Google, looking at the NACC website and of course reading copious amounts of threads on this website, I'm a bit unsure of where to go to find reliable sources of information aboot Crohn's i.e it's symptoms, causes, drug research, diet etc etc

Do any of you lovely people have any suggestions? I want to be as clued (spl?) up as possible so that I know how best to help myself.

Cheers

Your local library or bookstore will likely have some of the better known books that are out there about IBD. Many of these books will source scientific journals and experiments in order to substantiate any claims/facts given.

There is a lot of dicussion about books and other mediums in the Books, Multimedia, Research & News on IBD forum on this site. I also know that many useful books were brought up in This thread.

Oh wow thanks mikeyarmo! That would have been a good place to start eh?! Typical me, ignore the blindingly obvious lol I'll go have a gander now :)
