Just wondering how big I can make my list of diseases that can be mistaken to be crohn's disease.

-IBS

-Intestinal tuberculosis
-Whipple's disease
-Yersinia
-Celiac
-Behçet's Disease (didn't know that one)
-Entamoeba histolytica

this is a typical manifestion of c difficile infections, which are also similar to ibd.

as far as i am aware you can have a c difficile infection without colitis, but very often c difficile infection occurs with colitis.
