Hi vickii and welcome to the forum! :D

I'm very sorry to hear about your husband and looked through all the pictures you posted. You both have been through so much and I can't even imagine how hard its been for each of you. I know being a caregiver in general is rough. I'm one of my grandpa's caregivers since he had a massive stroke and getting him back up and walking has taken 2 years so far and he still needs a lot of help.

I'm sorry I don't know much about missing so much bowel and I've never had a stoma but feel free to check out the stoma subforum here: http://www.crohnsforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=46

Also feel free to check out the section for Partners, Family and Friends here: http://www.crohnsforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=90

I'm glad you joined the forum and hope we can help both of you as much as we can. Keep us posted on how he's doing and how you're doing as well. :)

Wow! I'm so sorry this is happening to your husband. How long has he had Crohn's? Did he know before this happened? I hope he's able to get that transplant very soon!

Hi and welcome! What a terrible situation, I'm so sorry both of you are going through this. With regards to the bowel transplant, there is a fairly long thread here that you might want to read:

I hope you're still able to do some nice things for yourself in the midst of taking care of your husband. Hang in there, I hope he can get the transplant soon.
