Yearly Review

I'm going in for my yearly review at work today. I was hoping that my assistant manager would do it, but looks like my actual manager will. This is the one I'm having trouble getting to give me hours for my medical insurance from. Doesn't help that I dislike doing my yearly reviews anyway. So, I'm pretty scared especially since I'm pretty sure that this manager has gotten chewed out because I've gone to an HR or two about her anyway. utahere:

Good thing though is that I'm going in early and getting some hours today. Wish me luck.

Thanks Ladies! Yeah, my husband told me I should enjoy this one. For one thing, there's not a whole lot she can do to me anymore even if she does give me a bad review. Cause, she's so much in trouble herself, for my revealing her wrongs. Plus, by this time next year I maybe somewhere else anyway. So, will just try to keep my chin up. Will update ya tonight after work.

By the way, this is my Friday. So, after today I'll have 3 days to get over my review... :ghug:

No review today, but will have the review on Friday. However, I did get a warning today for a mistake I did. Apparently she's getting back at me for the rear chewing she's been getting herself. Nice to be the pin cushion that's getting pins stuck in.

Hugs, Cross-stitch! I hope it goes okay. I actually have my yearly review tomorrow as well, so I'll definitely be thinking of you! (I'm not too nervous about mine, pretty sure it's going to be a good review.) Good luck and take care of yourself, try not to let it stress you out too much. It sounds like your boss is a real pill so hopefully her review of you, even if it's a negative review, will be taken with a big grain of salt by the higher-ups where you work.

Well. No review today either. Apparently, now I'm gonna have my review tomorrow (saturday) and my assistant manager will be giving it. I will be taking in a letter mentioning about a couple of the lies my manager has done to me and will be put into my file. Thanks everyone for all your support. This is something I've never done and I'll need all the support I can get...

Well...I'm still alive!!! All in all, I was off the floor for over an hour. But, supposedly things will be taken care of. We'll see. Just ready to relax and not think about anything the rest of the night...
