Where can you get this magic card for potty access? Whenever I go anywhere the first thing I do is look for the bathrooms! And if there is no bathroom near by, we can't go there! It adds so much stress!

Yes, I have used mine a time or two. It makes it a whole lot less embarrassing for you and the clerk/server/person you present it to. They can read, understand and point! No discussion is needed.
