Hi Ron my Vertigo started suddenly last Wednesday during the Night every time I turned over in bed. I rang the GP surgery for advice, the clinical Associate said it sounded like BPPV he gave me tablets & an exercise to do. I hope it won't be permanent as like you say it is horrible.😵

Cold today but the sun makes an appearance every now & again, the Vertigo was bad this morning staggered about for a bit but once up it seems to settle till i go to bed. I had tablets to start with which helped I take enough already so stopped them. Happy Day Folks🤣
