Diets? Where are you all hearing about these diets? I am on a diet, but it is nothing like the ones I think your doctors are recommending. Have you heard of the Specific Carbohydrate diet? Its pretty much the cure. PM me if you are curious about it or go read the testimonials from the amazon...
