    Just kinda curious as to what tummy toning exercises others use for the times when their stomach just doesn't agree or you are in a flare-up... I am starting to put on a little weight in the midsection but my stomach does not allow for sit-ups or crunches... a little too much for it. thanks!!

    Toilet Seats... Preference?

    I prefer any seat that doesn't have a sharp edge on the sides... had to replace the one in my apartment after i noticed that after my 1/2 hour visits it was actually cutting my thighs... definately not pleasant... best seats though are the ones that are curved and almost cup your bottom... pure...

    Is is weird looking forward to Colonoscopy

    God I tighten up at the thought of a colonoscopy... was diagnosed in feb 09 and have had 3 since then, all requiring hospital stays (currently in the hospital right now starting a remicade treatment and trying to get my condition under control)... the drink they give you to induce D is sweet...

    I am addicted to Soygood soy milk, their vanilla and chocolate flavors are amazing... slightly sweeter than regular milk i find with just as much protein and calcium

    Safe foods

    So far for me it's been; chicken, fish, digestible cookies (the kind babies gnaw on), apple juice (sugar free), cream of wheat, 1% milk, fruit loops (surprised me as I have an intolerance to sugars), mentos (works amazing for my acid reflux lol), and licorice.

    I agree with the above posts. Personally, I can't tolerate anything too acidic, ie oranges, lemon, or strong spices as they agitate me. Best bet is to just ask her what upsets her. Otherwise cook a meal and make note of how she reacts afterwords or if she avoids certain parts of it as that is...
