    From our experience the lower level you can get for faecal calprotectin is <19 and above 50 is high. So less <19 meaning no imflammation at all. These are results for myself and my youngest daughter.

    It does sound like orthostatic hypotension. If it they usually know they are going faint before they do, and need to get themself in a safe position . Eg closer to the ground. Faint doesn't usually result to injury and the fall can.
