Hi there! I haven't been managing my Crohns for long yet and I'm very new to this. I'll try to keep it short. I had surgery to remove my left ovary and a tumor attached to my lower bowel and ovary a little over a month ago. Just 5 days ago I started feeling bloaty/crampy but never got a period...
