Hi there!
I haven't been managing my Crohns for long yet and I'm very new to this. I'll try to keep it short. I had surgery to remove my left ovary and a tumor attached to my lower bowel and ovary a little over a month ago. Just 5 days ago I started feeling bloaty/crampy but never got a period, instead my lower back and abdomen feel extremely sore like I did an intense an workout and my tummy is bloated.
I went to my on for an emergency ultrasound and my surgery area was healing well but he looked at my bowel and said I was incredibly constipated. But I'm not constipated at all. I go twice a day.
I know I have to be flaring at this point. But I'm paranoid. My GI said to go to the hospital if pain persisted or I got a fever. Pain is persisting and constant but manageable. Not that bad. I feel really uncomfortable every time I move in my middle section though.
So I'm really lost. Is this even hospital worthy or am I over worrying?
Thank you so so so much for any help/advice. My GI never called me back.
