Thanks for your advice. The problem with diabetes is there are so many things linked to this complaint. I have been diabetic for over 30 years now but really beginning to suffer, had cataracts removed last year at age 37 !! I just yearn to be pain free and return to work and a 'normal' life...

I have tried a gluten free diet but it didn't seem to help as they wanted to rule out Coeliac Disease.
