    Hi My Dr mentioned the epithelial lining which forms in a fistula tract over time sometimes prevents it from healing. If someone takes remicade, does the tract close completely and if so how? Or do you need to leave seton in always, even if tract collapses?

    In March I had an abscess form, and then an MRI indicated there was complex anal fistula. All GI testing was negative for IBD However after putting a seton in, and waiting a few weeks, Dr indicates perhaps I do have Crohns base on amount of drainage that was on my guaze during the office visit...
