In my case the Humira stopped working and couldn't penetrate the thick scarring and narrowing in my TI. This is the question you need to ask, is my active Crohn's due to scarring or inflammation? Before I went ahead with surgery I saw the results on the CT scan, I was totally blocked and in agony.

Good luck, I'm 4 weeks post op and feel nearly back to normal! Go easy with the solids tho, there is still a small risk of obstruction where the join is. Try low residue/low fibre foods and chew lots. Eventually introduce some fibre, but slowly. xxx
