Hi Sorry for being so thick before, your doc should have given you a pot like when you need your pee to be tested type of thing, you can build a raft in thye loo with toilet paper and then scoop it into the pot. Chemists will give you one also and then as per my last post hope this helps

Hi Depends on what the doctor has said, I would phone up your GP and ask what to do. I know for my hospital you get a form and a bag and you take it directly to the hospital or if you sample is after hours put it in the fridge and take it next morning. You should phone your gp within 7 days...
