    I'm not sure exactly, as I've never had either.... but... I read this page http://www.crohnsforum.com/wiki/Anal-Skin-Tags and it's possible it could be a type 2 variety. I don't think there's really much I can do until I get back, so I'll just hope for the best.

    I'm vegan anyway, was long before I was diagnosed, and my favourite non-dairy milk is probably almond. It's really creamy and lovely, and almonds are great for you anyway. After a while you get to the point where you forget what dairy milk tasted like. I now don't notice that I'm not drinking...
