I had ileostomy removing about 5 inches of terminal ileum and a little of colon in June 2011. Have not needed any medication since (was on Pentasa for 3 years before). Plan to have ileostomy reversal surgery in a couple weeks to get rid of stoma and bag. MD wants me to go on immunosupressant...
