Thanks again for all the reply's; it is very much appreciated :). I've just started my liquid diet, it suggests that i have one sachet for each meal, however after my first i am still hungry, would it be wise for me to double up? or should i just stick to what it says on the box. Thanks Oliver.

I just got back from the hospital, they gave me some steroids to take over the next 5 days and i will start a liquid diet tomorrow aswell. Thankyou for your support during this, i wont forget it :)
