    hi pasobuff....thanks for the info..my gyn recommended natural birth as the fistula is already that advanced and said it needs surgery after i had my baby.....told me to have epidural so i wont feel any pain....there also doing tests when gave birth as they suspect more fistulas internally but...

    thanks for your post angrybird...i am currently on messalazine 500mg 6 times a day, mercaptopurine 50 mg one a day, iron 200mg two a day and folic acid,vitamins etc....i have had two previous pregnancies and was on no meds whatsoever due to being fine....however at 2 month pregnat this time...
