Doesn't Paleo contain a lot of nuts and fiber? At least that was my undderstanding.

It is not a problem. I was actually able to talk to the radiologist that read my MRI (one perk of being an MRI tech) and he said it actually looked better than it had before and that I shouldn't worry. And I see my GI doc Tuesday so it's all good!

The nurse said he is booked until my appointment date. She said if someone cancels she will call me first. So I am at least on the list. The unfourtunant thing is he only has one office day a week and he is going on a two week vacation. I really like him for my doctor, but the one day a work sucks!
