I have never heard of Ensure or Boost. I'm in the UK so its probably a regional thing. That breakfast thing sounds nice. Don't think we have the instant breakfast thing either though. :( I am eating meal replacements but they're often low calorie things. Doesn't really help when its calories...

My crohn's has recently been flaring quite badly and it has once again go to the point where I can't really stomach solid food. It either feels like its stuck or it gives me such pain that I'm reacting to food like a Pavlovian response. I have a Consultant appointment next Thursday, so if...
