Gluten free is wheat free isn't it, cause isn't gluten in wheat, I brought gluten free flour once yrs ago when I was first diagnosed and I think it was made up of different types of flours but not wheat. Is that right

Thanks both of you, ce1210 that's what I actually meant I just didn't explain myself very well lol , so using oven recipe for the machine works, some recipes would be great thanks valley. O:-)
